The sound pressure and vibration values given in these instructions have been measured in accordance with a standardized test and may be
used to compare one electric tool with another. They may be used for a preliminary assessment of exposure.
The data given represents the main applications of the power tool. However, if the power tool is used for different applications, with different
accessory tools or is poorly maintained, the data may vary. This may significantly increase exposure over the total working period.
An accurate estimation of exposure should also take into account the times when the power tool is switched off, or when it is running but not
actually being used for a job. This can significantly reduce exposure over the total working period.
Prescribe additional safety measures to protect the operator from the effects of noise and/or vibration, for example: maintaining the power tool
and accessory tools, keeping the hands warm, organization of work patterns.

conformity 218.

Plugging in product
WARNING
A damaged supply cord presents a hazard! Damaged power cords can lead to short circuit and electric shock.
▶ If the supply cord is damaged while work is in progress, immediately disconnect the product and the cord from the electricity supply. Do
not touch the damaged part of the cord!
▶ Check the product’s supply cord at regular intervals and have it replaced by Hilti Service if damage is found.

Connect the product only to a power source approved for this product (see "Intended use" 10).
CAUTION
Risk of injury! Unintentional starting of the product.
▶ Switch the product off before connecting it to a power source.
▶ Plug the supply cord into the power outlet of the NCV 1022 portable power supply unit.
Switching on
1. Grip the product by the protective hose and hold it close to the vibratory poker.
2. Press the on/off switch.
