Intended use
The product described is an internal vibrator. It is designed for compacting fresh concrete.
Use the internal vibrator only in combination with the NCV 10-22 portable power supply unit from Hilti.
The vibratory poker must be submerged into the fresh concrete.
Do not dip the vibratory poker into acidic or alkaline liquids.
Do not bring the vibratory poker into contact with or insert it into parts of the body.
Working principle,
The product is an internal vibrator with an electric motor built into the vibratory poker that drives an unbalanced mass to produce gyrations. By
means of these gyrations, the vibratory poker introduces vibrations into the concrete. Submerging the vibratory poker into the fresh concrete
causes de-aeration and compaction of the fresh concrete within the area of influence of the vibratory poker. At the same time, the fresh concrete
cools the vibratory poker.
