19. MAIN OVEN - UPPER BURNER
It is possible to remove the orifice
without disconnecting the hose.
Remove the locknut (shown here
in violet) with a 7/8” wrench. Then
remove the orifice with a 1/2”
wrench. If necessary, use another
wrench or locking pliers to prevent
the brass elbow from rotating.
Consult the table on page 21 for
identification of orifice sizes. When
installing the new orifice, it must be
completely screwed in as shown in
the diagram below, so only the head
of the orifice is seen relative to the
locknut. The distance between the
bracket and the brass elbow must
not be changed. Do not re-install the
cover yet.
