3.3. INSTALLING THE POWER BRICK

Mountthepowerbrickonthewalllessthan50cmfromthecontrolbox.Thepowerbrickcanbemountedverticallyorhorizontally

depending on the space available in the plant area (see below for the procedure for vertical installation).

1. Use the drilling template to mark out the positions of the 2 holes to be drilled.

2. Drillusingasize6drillbit.

3. Fixthemountingplate(with2holes)tothewallusing2anchorsand2screws.

4. Remove the protective film from the adhesive section of the part without holes.

5. Stick the part without holes onto the power brick.

6. Slide the power brick into the part mounted on the wall. The cable integrated into the power brick must be positioned upwards.

3.4. INSTALLING THE ELECTROLYSIS CELL

3.4.1. Pipework

The electrolysis cell must be installed on a bypass to facilitate future maintenance operations.

TheelectrolysiscellholderisdesignedtobeinstalledonPVCpipesofdiameter50mm.Itmustbeinstalledona75cmstraight

section of a bypass located on the water return pipe, just before the water is returned to the pool. Leave 25 cm of straight pipe without

bends and/or union fittings before and after the electrolysis cell. All pool equipment must be located upline of the electrolysis cell

holder.Itmustbepositionedlessthan2metresfromtheintendedlocationofthecontrolbox.Abovethis,sufficientspacemustalso

be left for the electrolysis cell to be inserted into the holder and removed from it, even when it is in place.

Position the cutting template (which is on the same sheet as the unit template) where the electrolysis cell holder will be installed.

Disconnect the pump and empty the water out of the pipes.

Note that the cutting template has the same width as the electrolysis cell holder. The entire cutting template must be moulded around

the pipe, otherwise the electrolysis cell holder will not be positioned correctly. When the cutting template is correctly in place on the

pipe, mark the 10 cuts on the pipe using a waterproof permanent marker.
