The washing programme does
not start
The door is not closed properly.
The POWER button has not been pressed.
The START/PAUSE button has not been pressed.
The valve might not have been opened, preventing water from
owing into the appliance.
A Delay End function has been set.
The appliance does not ll
with water, the detergent can-
not ow into the drum or “E02”
appears in the display
The water inlet hose is bent, twisted or kinked.
The water inlet hose is not connected to the water tap.
The water pressure is too Iow.
The valve might not have been opened, preventing water from
owing into the appliance.
There is no water supply available to the house.
The mesh lter in the water inlet hose or water inlet valve is
clogged.
The tap or water supply pipe is frozen.
The Delay End function is active, causing the appliance to delay
taking water.
The START/PAUSE button has not been pressed.
There is enough water in the drum already.
Discharge the water when the
programme is started
This is not a fault. Please do not open the door to pour water
directly into the drum before the programme starts. In this sce-
nario, the appliance might drain water added to the drum after
the program begins.
The water level during the
washing cycle is insucient.
This is not a fault. This appliance uses minimal water in its wash
program, with a lower water level compared to other washing
machines.
Add water during wash
programme
If the water level drops, the appliance will add water automati-
cally.
If there’s too much laundry, the appliance might add water multi-
ple times during the wash program.
Excessive foam in drum or
overowing from detergent
dispenser.
Detergent is not suitable for washing machines ( it should be
labelled „for washing machines” or „hand and machine wash”,
etc.).
Too much detergent has been used - less detergent is needed in
soft water.
