The high-speed spinning is
repeated multiple times
Due to variations in laundry types and materials, the applian-
ce’s automatic adjustment and balance system might require
multiple adjustments to evenly arrange the clothes, potentially
resulting in extended spinning times. This is considered normal
and does not indicate a malfunction of the appliance.
The appliance does not spin Press the SPEED button to turn o spinning; display shows no
spin speed indicators.
The appliance experiences
signicant vibrations during
the spin cycle.
The feet have not been properly adjusted, leading to the ap-
pliance vibrating excessively.
During the installation of the washing machine in a new setup,
the shipping bolts with a plastic spacer or polystyrene packa-
ging were not removed.
The appliance is wedged between cabinets or walls.
The load is slightly unbalanced, causing the appliance to spin at
a reduced speed.

sure, incoming water temperature, and uneven distribution of
the load. This will increase the programme duration accordingly
(see “The high-speed spinning is repeated multiple times”).

Noise from the motor, pump, and drum is normal and expected
during the spinning process.
The appliance makes contact with other items.
Foreign objects such as hairpins or metal items fall into the
drum.
