USE OF JUG & KNEADING BLADE

Note:

* As a safety feature, when the unit is powered on, if the jug and the lid

are not properly installed, the motor can not work. If this happens, please

ensure the jug and lid are assembled on the right position, then start.

* Do not add ingredients before installation of kneading blade.

* If kneading blade is not fully seated, you will not be able to install and

lock the lid.

1. Plug into the motor base and place on a clean, dry, smooth, level surface

such as a worktop or table. [Fig. 45]

2. Lower the jug onto the motor base. The handle should be aligned slightly

to the right and the jug should be oriented, so the lock symbols are

visible on the motor base. Turn the jug clockwise until it clicks into

place.

3. Exercise with care, grasp the top of the kneading blade and place it onto

the drive gear inside the jug. Be noted that the blade will t loosely on

the drive gear. [Fig. 46]

4. Add ingredients into the jug.

5. Place the lid on the jug. Press down on the handle until it clicks into

place. Once the lid is locked in place, turn on the program to knead

mode. [Fig. 47]

6. Press the main screen and kneading starts and wait for the unit to come

to a complete stop.

7. Remove the jug from the motor base by turning it on anti-clockwise and

then take up. [Fig. 48]

8. Press the release button and lift the handle. Then take out the nished

doughs from jug with kneading blade together. To remove the blade

assembly, carefully grasp it by the top of the shaft and get rid of doughs.

Then the jug would be empty. [Fig. 49]

9. Turn the unit off. Unplug the unit when nished. Refer to the care &

maintenance section for cleaning and storage instructions.
