• Only clean the blade attachments
with clear water and a little deter-
gent if necessary. Do not place in the
dishwasher.

The plastic parts may become
discoloured over time. However,
this does not have any negative
effect on either health or the way
that the parts of the device work.
• Allow all parts to dry completely or
dry them with a tea towel before stor-
ing them away.
• Store in a cool and dry place protect-
ed from dust and direct sunlight out
of the reach of children and animals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
► Correct the fit of the mains plug.
The plug socket is defective.
► Try another plug socket.
The blade attachmentis not attached
correctly on the shaker.
► Correct the fit.
The shaker is not inserted in the motor
unit correctly.
► The device can only be started if the
shaker is correctly positioned and
engaged in the motor unit.
The shaker has not been twisted as far as
it will go clockwise.
► The device only starts if the shaker
has been twisted far enough in the
motor unit.
The device has switched off auto-
matically during operation and can
no longer be switched on.
Food is blocking the blades.
► Pull out the mains plug, take off the
shaker, unscrew the blade attachment
and remove the blockage with a
wooden spoon or similar implement.
The device is overloaded.
► Pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket. Allow the device to cool
down for at least 10 minutes. Then
try again.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging material
in an environmentally friendly man-
ner so that it can be recycled.
The adjacent symbol (crossed-out
bin underlined) means that used
devices should not be disposed of
in the domestic waste, but should
instead be taken to special collec-
tion and return systems.
Owners of used devices from
private households can take them
free of charge to the collection
points of the public waste disposal
authorities or the disposal points
which are set up by manufacturers
and distributors under the Elec-
trical Equipment Act. Businesses
which market electrical and elec-
tronic devices are also obliged to
take back used devices.
