■ Make sure that the device remains
stable during operation. Always hold
the device firmly with one hand.
■ Do not move the device during use.
Always remove the mains plug from
the plug socket and allow the motor /
blade attachment to come to a com-
plete standstill before transporting
the device.
■ The device is not suitable for constant
operation. Operate the device for no
more than 3minutes without inter-
ruption to prevent the motor from
overheating. Then allow the device to
cool down for a few minutes before it
is switched on again.
1. Fully unwind the connecting cable.
2. Always set up the device with a clear
space at the sides (at least 20 cm) and
clear space above it (at least 30 cm)
on the kitchen worktop or another
flat, solid surface.
3. Select the shaker you want and add
the prepared ingredients.

For good results, hard foodstuffs
should not be processed in large
pieces. If necessary, chop them
into cubes approx. 3 cm in size
beforehand.
If you are processing frozen fruit
or vegetables, always add a little
liquid to the shaker as well.
4. Select the blade attachment you want
(see the “Accessories” chapter) and
screw it clockwise onto the shaker
(Picture B).
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure that the
sealing ring in the blade attachment is
correctly inserted in the groove!
5. Turn the shaker upside down and
insert the blade attachment into the
motor unit (Picture C). The three
locking lugs on the shaker must be
placed in the matching recesses in the
motor unit.
6. Plug the mains plug into a plug
socket.
7. To switch on the device, hold the
motor unit securely with one hand
and use your other hand to twist the
shaker as far as it will go clockwise
(Picture D).
8. To switch it off, twist the shaker anti-
clockwise.
9. Wait until the blades have come to a
complete standstill.
10. Pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket.
11. Remove the shaker and flip it over.
12. Unscrew the blade attachment anti-
clockwise.
13. Remove the food from the shaker and
continue processing it if necessary or
select the lid you want and screw it
clockwise onto the shaker.
14. Clean the device after each use to
prevent germ formation (see the
“Cleaning and Storage” chapter). Do
not allow any food residues to dry on.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■ The motor unit is not dishwasher-safe.
Do not immerse it in water or other
liquids!
■ Use a rinsing brush to clean the blade
attachments to prevent injuries.
■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
• Wipe down the motor unitwith a
damp cloth if necessary. Use a little
detergent to remove more intense
soiling.
• Clean the shakers and lids with clear,
warm water and detergent or in the
dishwasher.
