Installation of Galaxy Plus by adhesive on the at roof
Rule of applying structural adhesive:
● Galaxy Plus are installed on the at roof by suppo tubes, using structural
adhesive which needs to meet the requirements for adhesive strength and pass reliability
testing. The suppo tubes are glued on both sides, respectively bonded to the base of the
at roof and the back of the product. The spacing is as follows. (Figure 9) The distance
between two strips of structural adhesive should not be greater than 500mm.
● The cross-section of the structural adhesive should be a semi-circular shape with a width of

● The distance that the product overhangs beyond the rib at each end should not exceed
50mm. (Figure 10)
