• MLC 55 RS EU — European model. Has a two-gang EU sized faceplate, fits over a
standard two-gang EU junction box, and is mounted horizontally.
• MLC 55 RS EU V — European model. Has a two-gang EU sized faceplate, fits over
a standard two-gang EU junction box, and is mounted vertically.
• MLC 55 RS MK — UK model. Has a one-gang MK sized faceplate and fits into a
standard one-gang MK type external wall box (may not fit in certain in-wall boxes).

The five MLC 55 models all have the same button functionality and use the same
configuration program. All models can be controlled by pressing the front panel buttons
or via a host device using USB communication and simple ASCII commands (Simple
Instruction Set [SIS]). In addition to the buttons, the volume control knob on the
MLC 55 RS VC can be used to raise and lower the volume of an Extron amplifier capable
of remote volume control.
Faceplate alternative
The MLC 55 Series models are all delivered with white faceplates. The MLC 55 RS VC
also has a white volume control knob.
A black faceplate kit, containing one black faceplate and one black volume knob, is
available to be ordered separately for US models only.
