➢ Avoid placing appliances near radiators, a stove, direct sunlight,
or other sources of heat; in locations where there is high
humidity. (e.g. outdoors - risk of rusting of metal parts); in
places where the temperature drops below 5°C or rises above
35°C in the vicinity of volatile and flammable materials (e.g.
gas, petrol, alcohol, etc.).
➢ Do not expose the appliance to any weather conditions.
➢ While the drying programme is active, there is no possibility to
select an additional function.
➢ Maintain a distance of 10 cm from the wall.
➢ Maintain a distance of at least 150 cm at the front to ensure
sufficient air circulation.
➢ Do not set up the appliance outside.
➢ Do not place the rear panel of the appliance in front of curtains
or drapes.
Levelling
To compensate for slight unevenness of the floor, adjust the
appliance's screw feet. A spirit level and a screwdriver are
required for alignment.
1. Use the spirit level to check that the appliance is level.
2. If not possible, use a screwdriver to screw the screw
feet in or out.
3. Repeat this for all screw feet until the appliance is
absolutely level and secure.
➢ The more precisely the appliance is aligned, the lower the wear
and airborne noise emissions.
Electrical connection
Refer to the rating plate for information on the mains voltage, type of current and the
required fuse protection. The type plate is located on the side of the appliance filler
opening.
Connection may only be made via a properly installed and earthed power socket.
