8.4 Residual risks
DANGER
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
• Never touch the mains plug on the mains cable with wet or damp hands when
plugging it in or unplugging it.
• Only install and connect the unit according to the instructions for use.
• In an emergency, immediately disconnect the power supply with the switch on the
safety box.
• Before any cleaning or maintenance operation, disconnect the power supply with
the switch on the safety box.
• Have a damaged mains cable replaced immediately by our customer service.
• If the mains cable or plug is damaged, do not use the appliance.
• Do not interfere with the appliance except for the cleaning and maintenance
operations described in this manual.
WARNING
FIRE HAZARD!
If there is insufficient air circulation, heat can build up and cause a fire.
8.5 General safety instructions
Always switch off the appliance after use.
In an emergency, switch off the fuse immediately.

• Never use an electrical appliance outdoors.
• Have the installation work and electrical wiring carried out only by professionals in
accordance with all the standards and regulations in force in your country,
including fire safety measures. Have the appliance installed by qualified personnel
or technicians.
• Please never carry out this work yourself.
• If the minimum distances are not observed, there is a danger to people and
equipment.
• The electrical safety of this appliance is only guaranteed if the appliance is
connected to a properly earthed system and complies with electrical safety
standards.
• If the power supply cable is damaged, have it replaced immediately by the
supplier, specialist dealer or customer service. If the cable or plug connections are
damaged, do not use the appliance.
• Do not use multiple plugs or power extension cables.
• Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance work, switch off the appliance
and allow it to cool down completely.
• Never use a steam cleaner for cleaning. Moisture could get into electrical
components.
• The unit must be dry before putting it back into operation.
• Do not interfere with the appliance except for the cleaning and maintenance
operations described in this manual.
