Installation method:

1. Remove the lower mounting bolt and separate the box from the protective canopy.

2. Mark the locations for the mounting pins on the wall through 3 openings in the bottom of the protective canopy (g. 5, pos. 1).

3. Drill 3 Ø5mm installation openings in the marked locations, then insert 3 mounting pins into them (g. 5, pos. 2).

4. Use 3 mounting bolts to attach the protective canopy to the wall (g. 5, pos. 2).

5. Connect 4 cores of the monitor wire to the box, place the box under the protective canopy (g. 5, pos. 3), priorly attached to the wall.

6. Screw in the lower mounting bolt* (g. 5, pos. 4).

* To install the box, it is recommended to use the included bolts. Using bolts longer than the ones attached will cause irreversible damage to the main board.

CAUTION!

Do not connect or switch any wires if the device is connected to the power supply.

Failure to observe the above instruction could result in damage of the device! Before installation or removal of the device, rst disconnect the power supply!

Practical comments on the installation of the camera module

Avoid places, where the camera lens would be exposed to direct, perpendicular light beams (sunlight, spotlights, street lamps), because this could cause improper

operation and a very signicant deterioration of visibility.

System connection diagram, including: the outdoor module with the camera, the monitor, the electromagnetic bolt and the power supply unit, is shown in g. 6.

NOTE:

All power and telecommunication wires in direct contact with the wires connecting the outdoor module to the indoor module could have an adverse impact

on the operation of the entire system.

4. CONVERSATION WITH PREVIEW

When the caller presses the call button on the outdoor module box (g. 7), the gong is activated in the indoor module and video is automatically displayed

on the monitor. Upon pressing the conversation button conversation can be held (g. 7). The person indoors can open the door remotely (release the

electromagnetic bolt) by pressing the button on the monitor enclosure. The conversation with preview function will be activated for 2 minutes and aer

this time the device will return to standby mode. To continue the conversation, press the call button on the outdoor module again or press the preview and

conversation buttons on the indoor module subsequently. The image brightness, colour saturation, conversation volume and gong melody can be adjusted using

the potentiometers and switches shown in g. 1.
