Please note:
• At the end of cooking, when the alert buzzer has sounded, if you do not press the Stop/
Cancel button or open the door, the automatic reminder function is activated: the alarm
will sound every 3 minutes.
• When you rotate the -/+ knob, the cooking time will incrementally change as follows:
− cooking time between 0 and 1 minute: 5 second increments
− cooking time between 1 and 5 minutes: 10 second increments
− cooking time between 5 and 10 minutes: 30 second increments
− cooking time between 10 and 30 minutes: 1 minute increments
− cooking time between 30 and 95 minutes: 5 minute increments.
Express microwave cooking
With the press of a single button, you can start cooking.
• In standby mode, press the Start/+30s button to start cooking at 100 % power for
30seconds. An alert sounds when the cooking time has been completed.
OR
• In standby mode, turn the -/+ button to the left to select a cooking time. Press the
Start/+30s button to cook at 100 % power for the set time. An alert sounds when the
cooking time has been completed.

TIPS: You can press the Start/+30s button repeatedly to add an additional 30 seconds
of cooking time (up to a maximum cooking time of 95 minutes) when you are microwave
cooking or defrosting by time. You can pause, resume and cancel cooking as described in
the “Microwave cooking” section.
Defrosting food
You can choose to defrost food based on the weight of the food or by selecting a defrost time.
When defrosting, the default power level is P 30, and it cannot be changed. A buzzer sounds
partway through cooking to remind you to turn over or stir the food for even defrosting.
To defrost by weight:
1. In standby mode, press the Weight Defrost button to enter the defrost weight setting
mode.
/ and dEF1 appear on the display.
2. Rotate the -/+ knob to select the weight from 100 g to 2000 g.
3. Press the Start/+30s button to confirm the setting and start defrosting. / flash
during defrosting.
