Microwave cooking
When the microwave oven is plugged in and the clock is set, you can start using it.
CAUTION: Always make sure the food is in the microwave oven before you start cooking.
Never operate the microwave oven when it is empty.
1. Open the door by pulling on the handle.
2. Arrange the food uniformly in a microwave-safe dish to ensure it cooks evenly. Put the dish
in the centre of the fixed plate.
3. Close the door. The microwave oven will not work if the door is not closed properly.
4. Press the Microwave button. appears and P 100 flashes on the display.
5. Press the Microwave button repeatedly or turn the -/+ knob to select 1 of the 5 microwave
settings:
Display Power level
P 10 10 % Low
P 30 30 % Medium low
P 50 50 % Medium
P 80 80 % Medium high
P 100 100 % High
• When the power level is 80 % or higher, displays.
6. Press the Start/+30s button to confirm the power level.
7. Rotate the -/+ knob to select the cooking time from 00:05 to 95:00 (5 seconds to
95minutes).
8. Press the Start/+30s button to confirm the cooking time and start cooking. flashes
during microwave cooking. An alert sounds when the cooking time is completed.
9. When you have finished using the microwave oven, unplug it from the wall socket to fully
turn it off.
• If you want to pause cooking before it is finished (e.g. to turn the food over), press the
Stop/Cancel button or open the door. Press the Start/+30s button to resume cooking.
• To cancel cooking at any time, press the Start/+30s button twice to cancel the programme
and return to standby mode.
