This command is disabled if x*y exceeds the specified range.
d Indicates bitmap data. Data(d) specifies that the print bit is 1 and the no
print bit is 0.
It clears the downstream bitmap definition in the following cases:
Execute ESC @.
ESC & is executed.
The printer is reset or powered off.
