36 Troubleshooting - ENGLISH
The compressor is operating
These noises are normal and do not indicate any errors.
The machine is not levelled
Level the machine. See section "Level the tumble dryer", page 40.
The E32 error code is displayed
Humidity sensor error
Contact your local service center if the problem occurs.
The E33 error code is displayed
Temperature sensor error
Contact your local service center if the problem occurs.
The E64 error code is displayed
BLDC motor communication error
Contact your local service center if the problem occurs.
The E82 error code is displayed
PCB communication error
Contact your local service center if the problem occurs.
The Empty the water container symbol is displayed
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
Water pump failure or water level sensor failure
Contact your local service center if the problem occurs.
Container is full
Empty container.
The EXX error code is displayed
