Water container is full
1. Pour out the condensate water.
2. Restart the dryer. See section "Empty the water container", page 28.
Water container is full
1. If the container is not full, restart the dryer.
2. If the Empty the water container symbol is still displayed after the dryer was restarted, contact the support. Contact
Elvita support if you need help with your product.
The Clean the filters symbol is displayed
Door filter is full or needs cleaning
Clean the door filter, see section "Clean the door filter", page 26.
Laundry is not dry enough or drying took too long
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
Door filter and heat exchanger needs cleaning
Clean the door filter, see section "Clean the door filter", page 26 and heat exchanger, see section "Clean the heat
exchanger", page 31.
The installation area does not fulfill the requirements
Adjust the installation area or move the dryer.
Air inlet is not clean
Keep the air inlet clean.
The selected drying programme and settings was not appropriate
If possible, adjust the dryness level and/or the drying time. Consider selecting another drying programme.
Drain hose needs cleaning
Clean the drain hose.
Water container is full
Pour out the condensate water.
The dryer turns off at the end of the programme
The dryer turns off automatically for energy saving
This is not an error but a normal function.
Abnormal noises
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
