• [TRIG PARAMETERS] accesses parameters such as NOTE, VELOCITY, and other trig-related
parameters. The secondary page accesses a number of track and keyboard-related settings in the
TRACK SETUP.
• [SRC] accesses the SRC pages. Here you can find parameters related to the SRC machines. For MIDI
tracks, this page has parameters such as CHANNEL, PROGRAM, and AFTERTOUCH. The secondary
page accesses the SRC machine selection in the TRACK SETUP menu.
• [FLTR] accesses the FILTER pages. Here are the parameters for the Base-width and Multimode filters.
On MIDI tracks, you find the CC value and select settings for the first eight assignable CC commands.
The secondary function accesses filter-related settings in the TRACK SETUP menu.
• [AMP] takes you to the AMP page, where you find parameters for the amplitude envelope. On MIDI
tracks, you find the CC value and select settings for eight additional assignable CC commands. The
secondary function accesses amp-related settings in the TRACK SETUP menu.
• [FX] takes you to the FX pages, where you can find parameters for the selected FX machines, the
eect send levels, and the track routing. The secondary page accesses the FX machine selection in the
TRACK SETUP menu.
• [MOD] accesses the LFO and Mod Envelope parameters for the active track.
15. [YES] key. Used for entering sub-menus, selecting, and confirming.
16. [FILL] Activates FILL mode. The secondary function accesses the FILL EDIT menu.
17. The [ARROW] keys. Used for navigation and for setting parameter values. They are separately referred
to as [UP], [DOWN], [LEFT], and [RIGHT]. The secondary function for [UP] accesses the SEQUENCE
LANE menu. The secondary function for [DOWN] accesses the TRIG MODE menu.
18. [PAGE] selects the active pattern page if the pattern has more than 16 steps. The secondary function
accesses the PAGE SETUP menu.
19. [NO] key. Used for exiting an active menu, backing up one step, and negating.
20. [TRIG] keys are used for entering or removing sequencer trigs, and parameter locks, in combination
with the DATA ENTRY knobs. They are also used to select a track, bank, pattern, and song in combina-
tion with the [TRK], [PTN], and [SONG] keys.
The [TRIG] key lights indicate trigs on the sequencer by lit red keys, while flashing red or yellow keys
indicate parameter locks, in GRID RECORDING. When a pattern is playing, or when LIVE RECORDING
is enabled, a light moves along the 16 steps of the sequencer across all (up to sixteen) pages at the set
tempo.
21. [KEYBOARD] (bottom row) / [SUBTRACKS] are used to select subtracks when the Subtracks machine
is selected, and their secondary function is to select samples for the subtracks. These keys, together
with the top row [KEYBOARD] keys, are used for playing presets and assigning note values to note
trigs. The specific keys are called [KEYBOARD C1C2] from left to right.
22. [KEYBOARD] (top row) These [KEYBOARD] keys, together with the bottom row [KEYBOARD] keys,
are used for playing presets and assigning note values to note trigs. The specific keys are called [KEY-
BOARD C1#–A1#] from left to right. The keys’ secondary functions are: [KEYBOARD C#1] performs a
recall from the previously memorized state of the active pattern. [KEYBOARD D#1] memorizes the state
of the active pattern. [KEYBOARD F#1] toggles the metronome on/o. [KEYBOARD G#1] opens the
QUANTIZE menu. [KEYBOARD A#1] opens the SCALE menu.
23. [STOP] stops playback. The secondary function is a paste operation.
24. [PLAY] starts the sequencer playback. Pressing [PLAY] a second time pauses playback. The secondary
function is a clear operation.
25. [RECORD] key. Activates/deactivates GRID RECORDING mode. Press [RECORD] + [PLAY] to activate
LIVE RECORDING mode. The secondary function is a copy operation.
26. [FUNC] key. Press and hold [FUNC], and then press another key to access the secondary function of
that key. The mint green text on the Tonverk front panel shows the keys’ secondary functions.
27. [TRK] key. Press [TRK] + one of the [TRIG] keys to select a track for editing. The secondary function
accesses the PERFORM mode.
28. [PTN] selects the bank and pattern in combination with the [KEYBOARD] (bottom row) and [TRIG 1–16]
keys.
29. LEVEL/DATA sets the overall volume level of the active track. It is also used for setting parameters and
scrolling through lists.
