2-4. User Management
Users can be added to a group. Users can browse the information of the group which they belong to and
its subgroup(s).
Note
• Users can be managed only when you logged in with “System administrator” privileges.

Registration
1. Click “Add user” at the bottom of the user list on the “Group/user management” tab screen.
The screen for adding a user appears in the edit area.
2. Set the necessary information.
Item Description
User name Set a user name.
Full name Set the user’s full name.
Type Select the level of user account.
Password Set an initial password (2 elds).
Password
conrmation
For conrmation, please enter the same password again.
Two-factor
authentication
Check the two-factor authentication setting (Enabled / Disabled).
Note
• To disable two-factor authentication, click “Disable.”
status Select the status (enabled / disabled).
Belong to Select the group the user belongs to.
Language Select the language the user uses.
Date format Select the date format.
Timezone Select the time zone.
Mail address Set an e-mail address.
3. Click “Save”.
A user is created and displayed in the user list.
