04 - SMOKE
TEMPERATURE
Combustion in the brazier is not
optimized due to excess of fuel, dirty
smoke passages inside the appliance or
incorrect adjustments of the “P/A Ratio”
function.
SOLUTION
Turn the product off and on again
to activate the cleaner; adjust
combustion with “P/A Ratio” starting from
Zero.
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorized Assistance Service.
ALARM CODE REASON
05 - SMOKE
EXTRACTOR NOT
RESPECTING
RPMs
The speed of the smoke extractor present a
loss of efficiency due to a) a fan obstructed
by ash deposits, or b) foreign bodies
entered from the chimney, or else c) a drop
in voltage.
SOLUTION
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorized Assistance Service.

06 - FAULTY
SMOKE
EXTRACTOR
No power to the fume extractor.
The smoke extractor is blocked.
SOLUTION
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorized Assistance Service.

GEARMOTOR
NOT RESPECTING
RPMs
The speed of the gearmotor presents a loss
of efciency due to a drop in voltage.
SOLUTION
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorized Assistance Service.

08 - FAULTY
PELLET-LOADING
GEARMOTOR
Gearmotor RPMs detection system
(encoder) not working or not connected
correctly.
No power to the gearmotor.
SOLUTION
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorized Assistance Service.

LOADING
AUGER
BLOCKED
Possible foreign body or excess sawdust
that prevents correct functioning.
SOLUTION
Empty the tank and remove any foreign
bodies or excess sawdust deposits.
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorized Assistance Service.

10 - FAULTY
PELLET-LOADING
(POWER SUPPLY)
Power not properly supplied. The
electronic control unit is not powering the
pellet-loading motor correctly or power is
not supplied at all.
SOLUTION
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorized Assistance Service.
ALARM CODE REASON
11 - PASCAL
MIN. NEGATIVE
PRESSURE
The sensor does not detect a sufcient
minimum depression of combustion air
entering the appliance to guarantee
safe operation.
SOLUTION
Check if the door and the ash drawer
are closed correctly, then check if the
combustion air intake pipe (air inlet) is
blocked.
ALARM CODE REASON
12 - FAULTY
BRAZIER
CLEANER
The brazier automatic cleaner has not
completed its movement and is not in
the correct position, or else the door is not
closed correctly.
SOLUTION
Check if the door is closed correctly, reset
the alarm and wait for the product to
turn OFF. First unplug and then plug in the
power again:
the system reactivates the cleaner,
searching for the correct position again.
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorized Assistance Service.

13 - NEGATIVE
PRESSURE IN
CHIMNEY FLUE
The smoke evacuation system (smoke
channel and ue) are blocked, or
particular adverse weather conditions
have triggered the safety system.
The sensor that checks the correct
depression of the exhaust system does
not work correctly.
SOLUTION
Check that the smoke evacuation system
(ue) is not blocked: have it checked
and cleaned by a chimney sweep or the
installer.
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorized Assistance Service.

14 -
THERMOSTAT
MANUAL-RESET
SWITCH
The safety thermostat has detected areas
with anomalous temperatures. For safety
reasons, the stove stops after a cooling
cycle.
SOLUTION
Turn off the alarm and, after the stove has
cooled, reset the thermostat by pressing
the button under the plastic cap.
Check that all the parts of the stove
equipped with fans and ventilation
grills are not obstructed and/or that the
appliance respects minimum safety
distances from objects, especially the
back side.
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorized Assistance Service.
