CLEANING & STORAGE
Please Note!
■ Always disconnect the product from the
power source or external device before
cleaning it.
■ Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning
agents or cleaning pads to clean the product!
These may damage the surface.
■ Store the product only in closed rooms.
• Keep the solar panel clean to ensure the
best possible light absorption. Wipe down
the solar panel (and if necessary also the
remaining components of the work light)
with a damp cloth. Then wipe them dry.
• Store the product out of the reach of chil-
dren and animals.
• Store the product in a dry, clean place that
is protected from direct sunlight and dust.
• Charge the battery before storing it for
alengthy period of time.
• During a lengthy period of storage, check
the charge status of the battery approx.
every 6 months and recharge the battery
if necessary in order to prevent a deep
discharge.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the product does not work properly, check
whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with
the steps below, contact the customer service
department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical
product yourself!
The battery is not charging up.
The plug connectors do not fit properly in the
respective sockets.
► Check the fit of the plug connectors and
correct if necessary.
When charging at a plug socket: The plug socket
is defective.
► Try another plug socket.
When charging via the solar panel: The power
input is too low.
► Direct the solar panel so it is facing the sun.
► Clean the solar panel if it is dirty.
The product does not work.
The battery is too weak.
► Charge up the battery.
