Important: Before use, read and understand all the
safety instructions listed in this manual.
WARNING! DO NOT connect the product to a power
supply until it is fully assembled.
1. Attach the castors to the base plate (Fig. 1):
a. Pass each of the castor assembly (B1) bolts
through its thick M8 washer (B3) and up through
the sunken holes of the base plate.
b. Place a thin M8 washer (B2) onto the each bolt
and secure it in place with an M8 dome nut (B4).
2. Fix the motor to the motor support:
a. Align the holes in the base of the motor/ducting
unit (M) and the motor support (L).
b. Pass the four M8 x 25mm bolts (P) each through a
washer (S) and up through the underside of the
motor support and motor/ducting unit (Fig. 2).
c. Secure each bolt with another washer (S) and an
M8 nut (T) (Fig. 3).
3. Attach the motor/ducting unit and motor support to
the base plate (Fig. 3):
a. Position the base plate so that eight unused holes
are located in the top-right corner.
b. Align the motor and support assembly with the six
right-most holes of the base plate so that the
square opening is in the top-right corner.
c. Pass six M8 x 16mm bolts (Q) each through a
washer (S) and down through the holes in the
motor and support assembly, and tighten
them securely.
The holes in the base plate are threaded to receive
the attaching bolts.
4. Assemble the hose outlet (Fig. 4):
a. Place the gasket (G), ridged side up, and the hose
outlet (I) onto the square opening so that the
holes align.
b. Pass eight M8 x 16mm bolts (Q) each through a
washer (S) and down through the assembly, then
tighten them securely.
