Installation Options: Use the bottom outlet (HCV 300/400/460)
3 Open the duct connection (bot-
tom)
• Locate the correct duct con-
nection at the bottom of the
unit (mode A or B) and bend
all four metal clamps.
• Cut a hole along the indenta-
tion (dotted line) to create an
opening into the unit.
Try to cut along the inside line
of the indentation to avoid
damaging the duct connec-
tion. Do not attempt to break
the indentation and ensure
a complete cut through the
material has been achieved.

4 Connect the duct with a coupling as described on page 35 and secure both screws
with blind rivets to the metal clamps.
5 Calibrate the unit as described on page 37.
