To remove the converter, follow the steps above in reverse order.
AAdjusting the seam width
Switch o the appliance.
The seam width can be continuously adjusted from 3.0 mm to 4.5 mm. To do this, simply turn the seam width
adjustment knob. The seam width can be adjusted more easily if the upper cutter holder is pushed slightly
to the right.
The settings are marked on the needle plate. R is the seam width setting for rolled seams.
Note: seam width settings between 3.0 mm and 4.5 mm only apply to the right needle. For the left needle, the set value is increased by 2.2 mm.
That is to say, the seam width can be continuously adjusted from 5.2 mm to 6.7 mm.
Adjusting the stitch length
The stitch length can be adjusted from F (1 mm) to 4 mm by turning the stitch length adjustment
knob.
For most sewing jobs, the knob should be set to 3 mm. When working with narrow knitted fabrics,
set the knob to 4 mm.
