Before connecting:
• Check that the mains voltage matches the speci-
fications on the rating label of the appliance.
•
Only use a properly installed earthed socket outlet.
• If the mains plug is not accessible after installa-
tion, a suitable disconnecting device (e.g. all-pole
switch with at least 3 mm contact opening) must
be installed to comply with safety regulations.
Changing the door opening
The door opening can be changed from the right
(factory default setting) to the left if this is required at
the installation site.
WARNING:
The appliance must not be connected to the mains
power supply when changing the door opening.
NOTE:
• Get a second person to assist you.
• You may need a wrench, a Phillips screwdriver
and a slotted screwdriver.
• Keep all the removed parts in a safe place in case
the door opening needs to be replaced later.
• Remove the hinge cover and the opposite dummy
cap.
• Then unscrew and remove the upper door hinge.
• Carefully lift the appliance door upwards. Remove
the door stopper on the underside of the door and
fit the enclosed door stopper on the opposite side.
• Move the dummy plug on the top of the door to
the other side. Then place the door safely aside.
• Tilt the appliance slightly backwards and secure it
against tipping back. Unscrew the feet and re-
move the lower door hinge.
• Transfer and attach the lower door hinge to the
opposite side of the appliance; after unscrewing
the hinge pin and inserting it from the other hinge
side. Screw in the feet accordingly.
• Place the appliance upright again. Carefully insert
the appliance door into the lower hinge and posi-
tion it correctly.
• Transfer and attach the upper door hinge to the
opposite side of the appliance.
• Replace the previously removed dummy cap and
hinge cover in their new positions.
