✅ Suitable ambient conditions
• The appliance may only be installed in locations
with an ambient temperature that corresponds to
the specified climate class. Information can be
found under
“Technical data”
and on the rating
label inside the appliance or on the back.
• The installation site must be level, stable and
load-bearing. If the appliance is not exactly at a
level, adjust the feet accordingly.
❌ Unsuitable locations
• Locations in direct proximity to heat sources such
as radiators, stoves or direct sunlight.
• Areas with high humidity, e.g. bathrooms or out-
doors - there is a risk of corrosion on metal parts.
• Places near volatile, flammable substances such
as petrol, alcohol, solvents or paints.
• Rooms with poor air circulation, such as garages
or closed storage rooms.
• Outdoor areas or other places are directly ex-
posed to the weather.
Aligning the appliance stand
Minor unevenness in the floor can be compensated
for using the front feet.
• Check that the appliance is level.
• If the appliance is not level, adjust the feet ac-
cordingly.
Installing the door handle
• Remove the cover caps on the outside of the door
to gain access to the mounting holes.
• Position the door handle precisely over the ex-
posed holes and fix it in place using the screws
provided.
• Finally, fit the supplied cover caps over the screw
heads to ensure a visually appealing surface.
Electrical conneciton
WARNING:
• Installation to the mains supply must be carried
out in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Improper connection can lead to electric shocks
and serious injury.
• Never modify the mains plug of the appliance!
If the socket is unsuitable for the mains plug, have
it replaced by a qualified electrician.
• The socket outlet must always be freely accessi-
ble so that the appliance can be quickly discon-
nected from the power supply in an emergency.
