6. MALFUNCTIONS AND SOLUTIONS
You can solve some problems easily yourself using the table below.
If the following descriptions do not solve your problem, please contact
our customer service: www.coolblue.nl/klantenservice. Only a qualified
electrician or authorised person may solve the faults not contained in
this manual. Repairs carried out by unauthorised persons may cause
injury and/or serious damage to persons and property.
Problem Cause Solution
e fan gives
error code ‘00’
e temperature
sensor is not con-
nected or is dam-
aged.
Install the sensor on the radia-
tor. Make sure that the sensor
cable connector is firmly
inserted into the radiator fan
port. If necessary, try another
port on the fan. If the radiator
becomes hot, and the fault
code ‘00’ remains visible, then
the sensor or cable is defective.
In this case, please contact
customer service.
e radiator fan is
on, but there does
not appear to be
any difference in
the heat output.
e radiator fan
is positioned the
wrong way round.
Check that the radiator fan is
blowing the right way, using
section 3, and turn the fan
around.
e radiator
fan does not fit
between the ra-
diator panels.
It is a narrow radia-
tor, with a distance
between the radia-
tor panels less than
7 cm.
Follow the steps for installing
the radiator fan on a narrow
radiator, see section 3.3.3.
If the fan still does not fit, at-
tach the feet to the radiator fan
as described in section 3.3.4
and place the product on the
floor under the radiator.

radiator fan is facing upwards
so that the air flow is facing
