Operation
One Touch Touchscreen Control
7. To cancel a cook, press the key next to the timer.
To exit rack timing, touch the back arrow in the top
left corner. A window will appear to ensure exiting
was intentional. Select Exit to confirm.
Cooling the Oven
1. To cool the oven, exit the current cooking mode
using the back arrow in the top left corner. On the
Home Screen, the oven will activate cool down
mode. During Cool Down the vent will open and the
main fan will run on high until the cavity reaches a
safe temperature; 105°F. The main fan will continue
to run with the door open for faster cooling.
