Operation
One Touch Touchscreen Control
3. The oven will begin preheating to the group’s
defined set temperature. The status indicator at the
bottom of the screen will alert the user when the
oven is ready, and the alarm will sound.
4. Select the desired recipe at the top of the rack timing
screen and select an open rack to set the timer.
Recipes can also be selected and dragged to the
desired position.
5. Start timers by using the green arrow keys OR the
timers will automatically start when the door is
opened, then closed (product is loaded).
NOTE: Start key will not be displayed until the oven
has reached the group set temperature.
6. When a timer expires, the alarm will sound, and the
corresponding rack will flash DONE. Touch the
yellow unload product button to reset the timer. Use
the +1min. key to add 1 minute to the timer.
