Operation
One Touch Touchscreen Control
Cleaning
1. Touch the screen wipe quick-key to wipe the control
without causing inadvertent inputs. A 5 second count
down will appear on the screen.
2. Select the Cleaning icon from the Home screen.
3. The Hydrovection has a Wash Cycle function that
prepares the oven for manual cleaning. Select the
wash cycle and the oven will run at high steam and
low temperature.

USB Interface
1. Access the USB Export screen by touching the
button at the top left of the General Settings screen
and then selecting “Menu.”
2. Touch the desired option and input a name for the
file to export to the USB. Press the enter button and
the export will be verified by a pop-up on the screen.
