Device Management
Connect the management console using the RS-232 port on the bottom panel. This connection
allows administrators to configure the BenQ display settings with their laptop or local
management console.
USB connection
Connect your USB devices to the USB 2.0 ports on the bottom panel.
Note
When connecting devices to the any of the display’s USB ports, ensure the following:
• The maximum cable length is 5 m (16.4 ft) for USB 2.0 slots.
• The BenQ signage limits the number of USB connections. If all USB slots are occupied and a USB hub is
connected to the display, it will not recognize any new USB input devices.
