Connections
The BenQ signage has several ports that can be used to input and output data and media.
• Video connection
• Audio connection
• Device Management (RS232)
• USB connection
Video connection
Connect the input device to any of the HDMI ports on the bottom panel.
Audio connection
Use either method below to establish your audio connection:
Connection Configuration
HDMI 1 (ARC)
1. Connect a soundbar to the HDMI 1 (ARC) port on the bottom
panel to transmit audio from the display to the external speaker.
2. Go to Display > Advanced settings, ensure that HDMI CEC &
HDMI ARC are enabled. For details, see Display settings.
3.5 mm audio out jack
Connect the audio output device to the 3.5 mm audio out jack on the
bottom panel.
