Diagnoscs (Connued)
Motor: Tests motor funconality.
Press Needle Up/Down key to open the Motor Test.
While rotang the hand wheel the A B C leers should
toggle between selected and unselected indicated by a
change of color.
Fail: If A, B, or C does not toggle between selected and
unselected as the hand wheel is turned, the motor has
failed.
Press the Needle Up/Down key to return to the
Diagnoscs Menu.
Needle Posion Encoder: Tests the needle posion.
Press the Needle Up/Down key to open the Needle
Posion Encoder Test.
While rotang the hand wheel the numbers should cycle
from 0 - 359.
Pass: The numbers cycle from 0 - 359 while the hand
wheel is rotang.
Press the Needle Up/Down key to return to the
Diagnoscs Menu.
NOTE: Exit Diagnoscs menu screen by simultaneously pressing Plus and Minus keys.
