6.8 Automatic shut down when no
signal
Select the time when the TV will switch off
automatically if it does not receive any
broadcast signals.
1. From the Advanced Options menu, se-
lect Automatic Shut Down when no sig-
nal and press the .
2. Select the turn off time and press the .
3. Press or to return to the broad-
cast.
6.9 Default Channel
Select the default channel that the TV will
turn on.
1. From the Advanced Options menu, se-
lect Default Channel and press the .
2. Select Select Mode option, and press
the .
3. Select Final State or User Preference.
Note:
• When the User’s Choice is selected, the
default channel shall be selected from
Show Channels.
4. Press or to return to the broad-
cast.
6.10 BISS Key
Biss key is an encryption technique. You
can watch a frequency encrypted with the
Biss key by entering the Biss key.
Note:
• BISS Key Channel setup mode will be dis-
played on the menu when the Satellite
(Standard) and the broadcast source
Satellite is selected.
1. From the Advanced Options menu, se-
lect

BISS Keyand press the .
2. Press the to add a Biss key.
3. Use the

to select Frequency and
press the .
4. Use

to enter the frequency for
which you will enter the Biss key, select
the key from the virtual keyboard and
press the .
5. Use the

to select Symbol Rate
(Ksym/s) and press the .
6. Use

to enter the symbol rate of
the frequency for which you will enter
the Biss key, select the key from the
virtual keyboard and press the .
7. Use the

to select Polarization and
press the .
8. Use the
/
to select the polarization
of the frequency for which you will enter
the biss key with and press the .
9. Use the

to select Programme ID
and press the .
10.Use
...
to enter the programme ID
of the frequency for which you will enter
the Biss key, select the key from the
virtual keyboard and press the .
11.Use the

to select CW Key and
press the .
12.Use
...
to enter the Biss key, select
the key from the virtual keyboard and
press the .
13.Use the

to select Save Key and
press the .
Note:
• The BISS Key can be entered for more
than one frequency. Repeat steps 2 to 13
to add Biss keys to different frequencies.
14.Press the to return to the previous
menu or press the to return to the
broadcast.
6.11 TKGS Settings
Note:
• TKGS Settings are displayed on the menu
only when the Channel Setup is selected
as Satellite (Operator Mode).
