3. Affix the clip-on to the day scope by locking the lever (A) of adapter.
4. Rotate the clip-on to align its vertical position. Tighten the lock nut (D) tightly
with the special wrench to secure the position.
5. Verify that the clip-on is firmly secured to the day scope. If there is play or if
the adapter rotates on the scope lens when the lever is tightened, adjust the
lever:
1) Loosen the locking screw (Fig.2.7, A) on the side of mount with the hex-nut
wrench (1.5mm).
2) Tighten the adjustment screw (Fig.2.7, B) of lever with a clamping force
necessary to ensure that the adapter fits tightly the objective lens.
3) Tighten the locking screw (A).
You may need to zero the day sight and attached clip-on. To maintain zeroing
accuracy for future use, you can use the following method. When the clip-on is
not used, simply loosen the fixing ring of the clip-on (Fig. 2-5, B) and remove the
clip-on. At the same time, the front adapter remains on the sight lens, ensuring
that the exact position of the clip-on is maintained after zeroing. The next time
you use the clip-on, simply attach it to the adapter with the fixing ring according
to the installation instructions.
NOTE:
AGM recommends that you use an eyecup on the day scope’s eyepiece for
maximum safety and comfort, as well as to escape detection.

WARNING:
Always make sure your firearm is unloaded before you place the scope on the
firearm. Reconfirm that the chamber is empty if you stop the procedure then
resume later. Safe firearms handling rules should be followed at all times.
