To manage ABUS LOXERIS One / WINTECTO One / HomeTec Pro in the Smartvest Pro alarm panel, please
proceed as follows:

The room assignment can be changed here.

ock the door when arming the alarm system:
If this option is activated, your WINTECO One / LOXERIS One / HomeTec Pro closes automatically as soon
as the Smartvest Pro is armed. Only locking is possible via the Smartvest Pro app; unlocking is not
possible.
With WINTECTO One, no locking takes place if the window is tilted.
Action on unlocking:
You can use the alarm system so that unlocking an ABUS door/window drive using and operating
medium (remote control, keypad, nger scanner or app) automatically disarms the alarm system.
• No action: If you unlock your WINTECTO One / LOXERIS One / HomeTec Pro, the alarm system
performs no action and remains in the set alarm status.
• Disarm: If you unlock your WINTECTO One / LOXERIS One / HomeTec Pro, the Smartvest Pro is
automatically disarmed. It is recommended to set an entry delay to bridge network delays.
