9.4 Changing the battery
The tamper contact may be triggered when the siren battery is changed. To avoid
unwanted alarms in this case, you can activate Maintenance Mode (3.17) in the app's
advanced settings.
Settings > Maintenance Mode > Activate Maintenance Mode
1. Open the screw on the
underside of the siren.
2. Open the back and
insert 4 C batteries.
3. Attach the siren as
described in Fig. 2 in
Chapter 9.3.
