Whyismyheat
pumpnotheating?
on start‐up the device remains on “pause” for 3 minutes before actually starting up:
checkthatthisperiodhaspassed
oncethepoolhasreached theset‐pointtemperature,theheatpumpswitchesoff:check
thatthewatertemperatureislowerthantherequestedtemperature(see§3.2)
ifthewaterflow‐rateiszeroorinadequate,theheatpumpwillstop:checkthatwateris
flowingcorrectlythroughtheheatpump,andcheckthehydraulicconnections
whentheoutdoorairtemperaturedropsbelow5or‐8°C,theheatpumpwillstop:check
theoutdoortemperature
theheatpumpmayhavedetectedamalfunction:checkifanerrorcodeisdisplayedon
thescreen,ifsoreferto§5.1

watertreatment

positionedwith

heatingsystem?
The water treatment system (chlorinator, salt chlorinator, etc.) must be installed
preferably downstream from the heat pump (see installation §2.4), and must be
compatiblewiththelatter(checkwiththemanufacturer)
Theheatpumpis
givingoffwater:is
thisnormal?
Your heat pump will give off water in the form of condensation. This water is the
humiditycontainedintheair,whichcondensesoncontactwithcertaincoldcomponents
insidetheheatpump.
Note:yourdevicecanproduceseverallitresofwaterperday.
