2.Installation



2.1Selectinganinstallationsite





Itisimperativethattheappliancebeinstalledclosetothepoolfilter.

Inanycase,thedevicemustNOTbeheldbythefiltrationpipes.



 Installtheapplianceatthefiltersystemlowpointsothatitsbodyispermanentlyfilledwithwaterbyretention, 

 Theappliancemustbeinstalledverticallyandonalevelinordertoallowtheevacuationofwaterthroughthe

holeintheelectricbox(see"Description"§intheap

pendix),

 Thesuppliedsupportcanbeusedtomounttheheateronthewall,

 For indoor installation, the appliance must be installed in a technical room ventilated,  dry and without stored

pooltreatmentproducts,

 Foroutdoorinstallation,theappliancemustbeinstalledataminimumdistancefromtheendofthepoolsoas

toavoidexpo

suretowatersplashes.Theappropriatedistanceshouldbedefinedwithreferencetothenational

electricalstandardsthatapplyinthecountryofinsta llation(inFrance:3.5meters).



2.2Installingthedevice



 Theappliancemustbeinstalledintheverticalposition,

 fixthesupporttothewallwithinsertsandthesuppliedscrews

(seethecent repoint sizes §"Sizes"intheappendix),

 usingascrewdriver,opentheblackplasticholdstraps, 

 placetheheaterbodyonthesupport,

 closeth

estraps,

 checkthattheapplianceiscorrectlyfixedtotheside.



2.3Hydraulicconnections





Observethehydraulicconnectiondirection.



TheconnectionshallcompriseaPVCrigidpipe:

- directlyiftheflowrateislessthan22m³/hour,

- fromaby‐passifthewaterflowrateisgreaterthan22m³/h,

- itisrecommendedtouseaby‐passasthismakesmaintenanceoftheappliancesimpler,

- ontheswimming poolfiltrationcir

cuit,afterthefilterandbeforeanywatertreatmentunit.

Checkthetighteningofthehydraulicconnections,andforleaks.






