on the battery charger turns green. The device shows a message on the
display and emits an audible warning when the battery needs to be charged.
Do not use non-original batteries as only original batteries are expressly
designed for safe use in the device. Using non-original batteries may
compromise the device's specications and pose potential safety risks
during both usage and charging.
Strictly adhere to the following safety instructions when working with the
battery:
• Never place the electried terminals in contact with each other (short
circuit).
• Take special care to avoid accidental short-circuiting caused by metal
objects such as jewellery or keys, which may accidentally come into
contact with the electried battery terminals.
• Handle the battery with care, especially when charged, to avoid all
potential risk.
• Never throw the battery into the re for any reason whatsoever, as this
can cause an explosion.
• Do not take the battery apart for any reason whatsoever.
• The battery must be disposed of in accordance with the environmental
regulations in force in the area of use. See the dedicated section later
in this manual.
During charging, the ambient temperature must be between 5 °C and 40 °C.
Charging outside these temperatures may be incomplete. The battery must
be charged continuously and preferably with the device switched o. Using
the device while it is charging could lead to incomplete charging. For the
same reason, the mains adapter should not be disconnected and
reconnected during charging.
Throughout its life cycle, the battery's capacity naturally diminishes. If the
battery life is found to be insuicient after a full charging cycle, it may need
to be replaced.
