1. Place the grill on a flat and stable working table.
2. Connect the appliance to the power source; one beep will be heard.
3. Press the “Power button,” and its indicator will flash slowly in blue, indicating that
the appliance is turned on and has entered the “Normal” mode.
4. Press the “Beef button,” and the appliance will enter the “Beef” mode. At this time,
only the indicator of the “Beef button” will flash slowly in blue.
5. The appliance will start to preheat to the default temperature of 230℃. You can
then turn the “Temperature knob” to select the desired degree of doneness. The
indicator of the “Beef button” will continue flashing slowly in blue during preheating.
NOTE: The temperature under the “Beef” mode is 230℃ by default, and it cannot be
adjusted.
6. Preheating is completed when the appliance reaches the default temperature of
230℃. At this point, the indicator of the “Beef button” will still flash slowly in blue,
and you will hear three beeps. The appliance is now ready for grilling beef.
7. Open the top lid to the maximum angle of 105°, place the beef on the grill plate,
and then close the top lid. The appliance will start grilling the beef, and the
indicator of the “Beef button” will remain solidly illuminated during this process.
8. When the beef is cooked, the indicator of the “Beef button” will turn off, and you
will hear eight beeps as the appliance automatically turns off. Remove the beef
for serving.
NOTES:
(1) If the top lid is not opened or is not opened to an angle of more than 60° before
closing, the indicator of the “Beef button” will continue flashing slowly. After 5
minutes, the indicator will turn off, and you will hear 8 beeps as the appliance
automatically turns off.
(2) Avoid opening the top lid after it has been closed to avoid affecting the cooking
process.
(3) When placing the beef on the grill plate, ensure the top lid is opened to the
maximum angle of 105° to allow the appliance to enter the “Beef” mode.
(4) If the appliance is left idle with the top lid open, the indicator of the “Beef button”
will continue flashing slowly, and the appliance will automatically turn off after about
5 minutes.
(5) The “Beef” mode is only intended for grilling beef, and the top lid must remain
closed during the grilling process.
9. Follow the instructions for cleaning and maintenance as outlined in the “CLEAN
AND MAINTENANCE” section.

service personnel.
1.Before cleaning, disconnect the grill and allow it to cool down completely.
NOTE: The grill remains very hot and will take some time to cool down.
