1.Place the grill on a flat and stable working table.
2.Connect the appliance to the power source; you will hear one beep.
3.Press the “Power button,” and its indicator will flash slowly in blue, indicating that
the appliance is turned on and in the “Normal” mode.
4.The appliance will begin to preheat. Turn the “Temperature knob” to select the
desired temperature, and the appliance will preheat accordingly. The indicator of
the “Power button” will continue flashing slowly in blue during preheating.
5.Preheating is complete when the appliance reaches the selected temperature. At
this point, the indicator of the “Power button” will illuminate solidly in blue, and
you will hear three beeps. The appliance is now ready for grilling food.
6.Open the top lid and place the food on the grill plate, then close the top lid. Please
pay attention to the cooking time, as it will vary for different foods. Throughout the
grilling process, the indicator of the “Power button” will remain solidly illuminated
in blue.
NOTE: You can adjust the temperature during the grilling process.
NOTE: Ensure the top lid is closed when grilling food.After finish grilling, the
indicator of “Power button” still illuminates in blue solidly. At that time, you can open
the top lid and remove the food for serving.
NOTE: The indicator of the “Power button” will turn off, and you will hear eight
beeps. Additionally, the appliance will enter standby mode 2 hours after the
activation of the “Power button” under the “Normal” mode.
7.Follow the instructions for cleaning and maintenance as outlined in the "CLEAN
AND MAINTENANCE" section.

“ ”: Temperature knob: The adjustable temperature ranges between 80°C and
230°C, and there are three settings for the degree of doneness, including 'Rare,'
'Medium,' and 'Well done.'
When the appliance is in the 'Normal' mode, only the temperature can be selected
using the 'Temperature knob,' and the degree of doneness cannot be adjusted.
In the 'Beef' mode, the temperature is set to 230°C by default, and it cannot be
adjusted. However, the degree of doneness, including 'Rare,' 'Medium,' and 'Well
done,' can be selected using the 'Temperature knob.
NOTE: The top lid can only be opened up to 105° maximum.
NOTE: During the initial uses, smoke may be produced when the appliance is
heated to 230°C. This is a normal phenomenon.
