table below will permit to roughly determine the charging current for the given capacity of the accumulator.
Charging current Capacity of the accumulator
2 A 6 - 20 Ah
6 A 20 - 40 Ah
10 A (12A) 40 - 100 Ah
15 A 50 - 200 Ah
„BATTERY VOLTAGE” – if this button is pressed in the standby mode or during charging, the current voltage of the accumulator
is displayed.
„12V DC OUTPUT” – if this button is pressed during operation of the rectifi er in the standby mode, voltage is sent to the 12 V DC
socket located at the back of the housing of the rectifi er. If the button is pressed again, the voltage on the 12 V DC socket is cut
off and the rectifi er returns to the standby mode.
LEDs
„AMP” – lit during charging or operation of the 12 V DC socket,
„VOLT” – lit when the voltage of the accumulator is being checked by means of the „BATTERY VOLTAGE” button,
„FAULT” – lit in the case of an operation concluded incorrectly,
„CHARGING” – lit during the process of charging of an accumulator,
„FULL” – lit after the process of charging of an accumulator,
„WET”, „AMG”, „GEL” – confi rms the selection of the type of accumulator.

No connection with the terminals of the accumulator;
Short circuit of the terminals of the rectifi er
Connect the terminals of the rectifi er to the terminals of the
accumulator again
F02 Reverse polarization
Turn the rectifi er off and disconnect the terminals of the rectifi er
from the accumulator, connect them again, observing the proper
polarization.
F03
The voltage of the accumulator is too low to commence charging;
Damaged cells of the accumulator

Turn the rectifi er off and disconnect the terminals of the rectifi er
from the accumulator, connect a proper accumulator
F04
Incorrect setting of the charging current;
Short circuit inside the accumulator
Set another charging current; if the message is repeated, it may
indicate short circuit inside the accumulator
F05
The terminal of the rectifi er has lost the electric contact with the terminals of the accu-
mulator. The rectifi er has interrupted charging and emits a warning sound for 25 sec.
Check the connection of the rectifi er and the accumulator.
FUL
The accumulator is charged. The rectifi er provides conservative voltage, in order to
maintain the charge of the accumulator, until the rectifi er is disconnected.
12 V DC socket
The rectifi er is equipped with a 12V DC socket, located at the back of the housing. It permits to power devices with a direct current
not exceeding 12 A. The power of the device, which is connected to this socket must not exceed 140 W.
In the standby mode of the rectifi er press the „12V DC OUTPUT” button, connect the device to the socket and turn it on observing
the operating instructions of the device.
Once the work has concluded, turn the device off and disconnect it from the DC socket. Press the „12V DC OUTPUT” button
again, in order to switch the rectifi er to the standby mode.
Turn the rectifi er off .
MAINTENANCE OF THE DEVICE
The device does not require any special maintenance. A dirty housing should be cleaned with a soft cloth or with a compressed
air jet, whose pressure must not exceed 0.3 MPa.
Check the conditions of the terminals of the conductors before and after each use. Remove any signs of corrosion, which might
disturb the fl ow of the electric current. Avoid contamination of the terminals with the electrolyte from the accumulator, since it would
accelerate the process of corrosion.
The device should be stored in a dry place, away from unauthorised persons, particularly children. Make sure the cables and
conductors are not damaged during storage.
