Symptom Possible causes and solutions
The treatment temperature
feels too high
(except when using the device
in COOL Mode)
You may be using the device without moving the electrode head.
Be sure to move the device continuously over the skin during use (except in COOL Mode).
The movement speed may be too slow. Try moving the device a little faster.
I cannot feel any warmth
The device may be in Standby Mode or has turned off automatically (page 12). Press the Care/Mode button to start the desired mode (see page 17).
Your skin may be lacking moisture or may be too dry. Apply lotion to moisturize the skin before use.
You may be moving the device too quickly. Try moving it a little slower.
The battery level may be low. Charge the device before use.
EMS feels weak (no sensation)
EMS output is not constant
Raise the level by pressing the Power/Level button.
Your skin may be lacking moisture or may be too dry.
Apply lotion to moisturize the skin before use, and lightly moisten your hand.
The device may feel hot depending on the type of skincare product used or whether a cotton pad is attached.
If it feels too hot, try the following:
• Use a cotton pad, or remove the cotton pad if already attached.
• Try using a different skincare product.
The electrode head may not be aligned with the muscles. Apply it along the muscle lines (pages 24–26).
The battery level may be low. Charge the device (page 13).
As multiple EMS signals are output, you may feel variations in intensity.
