Symptom Possible causes and solutions
If you perceive any abnormality while using the device, verify the following points before arranging to repair.
Additional Information
The device does not turn on
The device is too warm
The device has been used continuously. Turn it off and allow it to cool down for at least one hour before resuming use.
Hold down the Power/Level button for approx. 3 seconds (page 20).
The battery may be depleted. Charge the device (page 13).
The level (strength) does not change
The intensity level cannot be selected for COOL Mode.
COOL Mode is not cooling
COOL Mode has been used continuously. Turn off the device and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before resuming use.
The device may be used outside the recommended temperature range. Use the device in an environment between 15°C and 30°C.
EMS feels too strong
(tingling or painful)
Lower the intensity level using the Power/Level button.
The electrode head may not be making full contact with the skin. Use a mirror to ensure the entire surface is properly applied.
I cannot recharge the device
The main body may not be set correctly on the charging base. Set the main body correctly on the charging base (page 13).
Insert the AC adapter (commercially available) or USB charging cable properly (page 13).
Please check the current rating indicated on the AC adapter (commercially available).
Those with a rating of less than 1A may not be able to recharge the device.
