Precautions
• Before use, please operate the product on a solid surface. Ensure there is no strong
wind, such as from a fan, affecting the electronic scale in the environment.
• Do not use this product in humid, high and low temperature places.
• This product is a high-precision electronic device. Please avoid striking or forcefully
impacting the instrument and prevent it from being damaged by dropping during
handling.
• When the device gets dirty, clean it with a towel and clean water. Avoid using
chemical cleaners and prevent water from entering the scale from the bottom.
• If you do not use it for a long time, please remove the battery to prevent the leakage
of battery fluid and cause corrosion of the electronic scale.
• If the display shows ”LO” indicating that the power supply is too low, please replace
the battery of the electronic scale promptly.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem What to do
Can’t turn on, can’t connect to power Check if the product has batteries or if
the batteries is installed in reverse.
Does not return to zero Remove and reinstall the battery. The
product will recalibrate itself upon
battery reinstallation. Alternatively,
ensure that the scale’s feet are placed
on a flat, hard surface.
After the product is zeroed, the
numbers are not stable
On the first startup, press Tare 1 or Tare
2 to clear the zero. If the issue persists,
remove and reinstall the battery. Also,
check if the scale is placed on a solid
and level surface.
After using for a period of time, the
brightness of the display decreases
After using the product for a while,
the battery power will decrease. This
time, as long as there is no low battery
prompt, the product can be used.
However, you need to replace the
battery as soon as possible.
The weighing is not accurate enough.
Repeated weighing will result in different
values.
Please note that this is a measurement
device and a certain degree of error is
normal. As long as the error is within the
specified range, the scale is functioning
correctly and can be used as intended.
