NOTE
To set this example:
1. Press the DEFROST button.
The display shows d-1.
2. Set the desired weight to 500g using the selector dial.
3. Press the POWER button.
The display shows 1000.
4. Set the microwave power to 800 (80%) using the selector dial.
5. Press the CONFIRM START/+30S button to conrm.
6. Set the preparation time to 7 minutes with the selector dial.
7. Press the CONFIRM START/+30S button to start the preparation. After the rst step, a
signal sounds and the next step starts automatically.
4.3.6 Grilling food
Grilling food does not use the microwave function. For grilling, use the grill grid. The cooking temperature for
grilling is 120°C and cannot be set.
1. Place the food to be prepared in the centre of the grill grid.
2. Place the grill grid on the turntable and close the door.
3. Press the COMBI button.
The display shows G-1.
4. Press the CONFIRM START/+30S button to conrm.
5. Set the desired preparation time with the selector dial.
6. Press the CONFIRM START/+30S button to start the preparation.
7. When 40% the preparation time has elapsed, a signal sounds to indicate that the food must
be turned over.
ATTENTION! The appliance does not stop automatically. For good grilling results, it is
highly recommended to turn the food over.
8. Open the door to pause the grilling and turn the food over. The appliance pauses the
preparation.
9. Close the door and press the CONFIRM START/+30S button to continue grilling.
NOTE
4.3.7 Convection preparation of food (with and without preheating)
Convection preparation does not use the microwave function. For convection cooking, always use the grill grid and
grill tray. It is recommended to preheat the combi microwave before placing food in the combi microwave.
In convection preparation, food is prepared as in a traditional oven.
To use convection preparation:
1. Press the CONVECTION button. The display shows
2. Set the preparation temperature using the selector dial or press the CONVECTION button
one or more times.
3. Press the CONFIRM START/+30S button to conrm.
4. To preheat, press the CONFIRM START/+30S button to start preheating. When the set
temperature is reached, the temperature ashes in the display and a signal sounds.
ATTENTION! Skip this step if preheating is not necessary.
5. Place the food to be prepared in the combi microwave:
a. Place the food to be prepared in the centre of the grill tray.
b. Open the door and place the grill grid on the turntable.
c. Place the grill tray on the grill grid and close the door.
6. Set the desired preparation time with the selector dial.
7. Press the CONFIRM/START/+30S button to start the preparation.
