7. Proceed until the mix is completely processed.
8. After nishing work, switch the device o using the
OFF button and disconnect it from the power supply.
NOTE: Do not stop the machine while making pellets
otherwise it will get clogged.
ATTENTION: do not leave the device unattended
until it has completely cooled down!
9. Clean the machine so that pellet residues do not
remain on the rolls and in the dia.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Always unplug the device before cleaning it.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
d) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
e) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
f) Do not allow water to get inside the device through
vents in the housing of the device.
g) Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
h) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical eciency and spot any damage.
i) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
j) Do not clean the device with an acidic substance,
agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage
the device.
k) Regularly lubricate the machine as per the
instructions.
GRINDING A NEW DIE
4. Place the granulate container under the chute.
5. Pour a small amount of the mix to be granulated into
the hopper. Pouring in too much at once may cause
the die to clog.
Caution:
• if the material is too dry, it will not be pressed
properly;
• if the material is too moist, the pellets will be of poor
quality;
• the maximum length of the material particles should
be approx. 5 mm. Longer material may clog the
machine and reduce its eciency. Too large material
should be broken / cut into smaller particles.
6. After a short time, pellets will be falling into the
container under the chute. They will achieve their
nal hardness and consistency only after cooling.
The moisture content of the nished pellets should
be between 12 and 15%.
• 5 kg of ne sand (optional),
• 1,5 l of vegetable, used or dirty oil
b) Mix all ingredients in a bucket until to prepare a
mixture like in the photo below.
Before rst use, a new die should be polished and cleaned
using the following process:
a) Prepare
• 5kg our or saw dust,
IMPORTANT! the die is a consumable part - its
service life is approx. 300 working hours or 30 days
(daily use for approx. 6 hours). The used element is
not subject to warranty. If the wear of the die is 4
mm, replace it with a new one.

After the briquette has been molded from coal dust, it must
undergo a drying process. Recommended dosing:
• charcoal dust: 5–7 %,
• hard coal dust: 1,5–5 %,
• wood pellet: 0,5–2 %,
• straw briquette: 1,5–5 %.
Packaging: multi-layer paper valve bags of 20 kg net each
(pallet of 660 kg) or big bags of 800 kg
each.
Storage: dry and covered places.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
CAUTION: The data contained in this information sheet is
based on our laboratory tests and technical
experiences. They provide a general indication of
properties, usage and application. For the proper
use of the product, it is necessary for the customer to carry
out technological tests taking into
account the specics of a given technological process.
2. Before connecting the machine:
• check that all bolts and screws are tightened.
• lubricate the bearings as per the instructions in 3.4.
• set the roller pressure as per the instructions in 3.4.
• when using a new die for the rst time, grind it as per
the instructions in 3.4.
3. Connect the machine to the power supply and turn
it on using the ON button. The motor should start
and the die should begin to rotate. If the device
does not work properly after switching it on, switch
it o immediately with the OFF button and look for
the cause. The On and O buttons are located in the
cassette (5). To access them, you need to lift the ap.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is
being used. There should be at least 10 cm distance between
each side of the device and the wall or other objects. The
device should always be used when positioned on an even,
stable, clean, reproof and dry surface, and be out of the
reach of children and persons with limited mental and
sensory functions. Position the device such that you always
have access to the power plug. The power cord connected to
the appliance must be properly grounded and correspond
to the technical details on the product label!
ASSEMBLING THE DEVICE
After unpacking the device, perform the following steps:
• Install the grid in the hopper, then put the hopper on
the machine housing and screw it on.
• Screw the chute to the machine.
• install the machine wheels with the assembly grips.
3.3. DEVICE USE
ATTENTION ! Before the rst use or after replacing the die,
always verify that the direction of the die rotation is in line
with the arrow (see the sticker on the housing).
1. Preparing the granules
We recommend using the following glue (product code
10530000):
Description Modied food quality wheat starch
Form Loose powder
Colour White up to light cream
Smell and avour Typical of wheat starch
Parameters:
• Maximum humidity (%) 11,0
• pH value 5,5 – 7,5
• Viscosity > 3000 mPas
• Cold-water soluble Yes
Usage: This product is an excellent adhesive agent that has
been used in the production of various
types of products, including charcoal and hard coal
briquettes, sawdust pellets, straw and otation
concentrates. It is recommended for feed production for
all animals. The use of the adhesive requires it to be mixed
it with slightly moistened raw material (in the case of dry
products). The mass is thenfed into a briquetting machine.

3. USE GUIDELINES
The machine is designed for the production of granules
and pellets from organic matter, e.g. sawdust, paper, straw,
etc.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION
m) Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in
use. Even after switching o, do not leave the device
unattended until it has cooled down - otherwise
there is a risk of re!
n) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
o) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
p) Do not run the device when empty.
q) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
r) Keep the device away from sources of re and heat.
s) Do not overload the device.
t) Do not cover the ventilation openings!
u) Do not use the machine at temperatures below 10°C.
v) Before each use, check and tighten all screws and
cable clamps in the control box.
w) Do not use the machine with a clogged die.
x) Regularly check the oil level and the lubrication of
the rollers and the die.
y) Before the rst use, a new die should be polished and
cleaned by grinding it as described in the instruction.
Failure to grind the die will result in the production
of poor quality pellets.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.
